5. Brian Saah


Very experienced central defender signed on loan from Dagenham and Redbridge in March 2015 before signing a contract in the summer. Started his career with Leyton Orient, making his first team debut at 16. Won promotion from League 2 with Orient, becoming first team regular in 2005-06 season, going on to make some 100 appearances before being released in summer 2009. Former Orient manager Martin Ling then took him to Cambridge United, where he made over 70 appearances in two seasons. In 2011, he re-joined Ling, now at Torquay United, passing up the final year of his contract with Cambridge. As club captain, he took the Gulls to the Conference play-offs in 2012. Made some 70 appearances for Torquay before deciding to move back to London in summer 2013, where he joined Dagenham and Redbridge, for whom he made some 80 appearances. Gained an England C cap in 2010.
