Elvis Hammond
Born in Ghana and started his football career in Fulham’s Academy, making his first team debut in September 2000. After loan spells at Bristol Rovers, Norwich City, RBC Roosendaal and Leicester City he joined the Foxes in a £250k deal in September 2005. Made over 50 appearances for Leicester before joining Cheltenham Town in November 2008. Left Cheltenham in March 2010, briefly joining Sutton United in October 2010 before signing for the Cards later that month. Capped for Ghana in March 2006. Notched 16 goals in Woking colours last season.
