MARVIN MORGAN - TRANSFER

Woking FC today announce the transfer of Marvin Morgan to Aldershot Town F.C. for an undisclosed fee.

Marvin made it known that he wished to play in the Football League at this time in his career.

Club Chairman David Taylor and the Board at Woking F.C. felt it correct not to stand in his way. David said ?We thank Marvin for his season with us and we wish him well in the Football League. We will be using funds raised from the transfer to secure another striker as soon as the new manager is appointed.?

I am sure you will join with me in thanking Marvin for his stay at Kingfield and wishing him best wishes for a successful future.

Club Chairman David Taylor said, ?Applicants were of an incredibly high standard, and drawing up the short-list will be a real challenge.?

The final interviews will take place at the end of May, with the announcement and introduction
of the successful candidate - the manager who will take Woking FC into the Football League in three seasons - in early June.
