NICK GINDRE DEPARTS

David Holmes - 29th January 2009

I spoke to Phil Gilchrist this morning, who confirmed that Nick Gindre has left the Club by mutual agreement and with immediate effect and that Simon Eastwood?s loan from Huddersfield Town has been extended to the end of the season. Simon will now contest the number one goalkeeping position with Ross Worner.

Woking FC would like to thank Nick for his services to the Club and to wish him the very best for the future.

I also spoke to Nick Gindre, who asked me to thank Woking fans for the support which they had given to him during his time at Kingfield and to pass on his best wishes. He said that he had thoroughly enjoyed his time at Woking FC but now felt that it was time to move on.
