Youth team in cup action this evening

Brian Caffarey - 5th October 2009

Youth team in cup action this evening Molesey v Woking
FA Youth Cup 2nd Preliminary Round
7.45pm on Monday 5 October 2009

If you’ve seen Ola Sogbanmu , Anson Cousins and Matt Pegler make their first team debuts and would like to see more, why not take the short trip to Molesey this evening to support them and their team mates in their FA Youth Cup tie?

The side has done really well so far, beating Worthing away 4-1, with Ola grabbing a hat-trick, and then winning 5-0 at Tooting and Mitcham United, with Ola, strike partner, Ollie Palmer, Anson (two) and Rob Carr all on target. A win this evening would see the side travel yet again, this time to the winners of the Croydon Athletic v Ashford Town (Middx) tie.

Directions for Molesey FC
Walton Road
East Molesey
Surrey
KT8 2JG

Head for A245 towards Cobham/Byfleet and then A345 towards Weybridge. Then take B373 towards Walton, followed by A317 for Weybridge/Walton. Then follow signs for Hampton Court/Molesey (A3050). Turn right onto Rosemary Avenue and then left onto Walton Road (B369). After 300 metres turn right for ground.

 The reserves are at home to Cobham at 7.30pm on Tuesday 6 October
 The Cards’ other youth side in this competition, in the shape of Westfield FC, are at home to Kingstonian on Wednesday evening. Kick-off is at 7.30pm. The winners of that tie would be at home to the winners of the Faversham Town v Ebbsfleet United game.
