I spoke to Graham Baker earlier this morning for a quick update prior to tomorrow’s game away at Bromley.
Moses Ademola and Billy Hussey are the only two players on the injury list at the moment and both will miss tomorrow’s game. Jon Boardman is not yet ready for first team action but will play for the reserves away to Chipstead tomorrow.
Other news on the player front is that Charlie Moone has returned from his loan spell at Walton & Hersham, while Daniel Sintim will go on loan to Godalming Town after the weekend.
Graham sees tomorrow’s game at Bromley as another testing encounter: “They’re coming back into form through their good Cup run. They’re a decent side with a fine home record, so we’ll need to be at our best to take all three points.
I asked Graham for his reaction to the FA Cup draw. “Obviously, I can’t complain about the draw. We have to travel but Hendon are in a league below us, so we have to view it as a very winnable game. But they are a good footballing side with a lot of pace. I went to the replay with Ashford Town and Hendon were the better side on the night. They did extremely well to come back from 2-1 down with ten men and will be a tough proposition on the 24th.
