The shirts that were used for the recent commemorative Blue Square South League match with Thurrock will now be offered for sale. These shirts represent a limited edition and have been specially embroidered for the occasion and are numbered from 1 – 42. The date and reason are prominently displayed on the front. A few of them have been pre-reserved by very close associates of Phil.

The shirts will cost £50 each. All proceeds will go towards the Woking Hospice. We would also like to encourage you to complete a Gift Aid Declaration form that will add 28% (or £8.75) benefit for the Hospice at no cost to the purchaser. We will happily supply the necessary forms, although the precise wording on the form has to be that you are making a donation to the Woking Hospice in memory of Phil and you will receive the shirt free of charge.

To reserve one of these special edition shirts, we are asking you to ring or call in person at the Club between 11.00 and 3.00p.m. from Tuesday to Friday.

You can then pay for them in one of the following ways:-

Cash at the Club during shop opening times, including matches
By cheque at the Club – made payable to the Woking Hospice during shop opening times, including matches
