Fan Survey

9th August 2010

Fan Survey Woking Football Club is looking to find out more about their fan base in a bid to move forward and strengthen business links with the community.

Supporters are invited to fill in a survey which asks for information about themselves and if they have any contacts they can provide the club which can aid both commercially and to help them get out into the area.

Commercial Manager Dave Riche is spearheading this research initiative which he hopes will help the club get closer to their supporters and also assist with opening up new revenue streams.

“We have an excellent fan base, but in reality how much do we really know about who is out on the terraces and in the stand on a match day and throughout the season” he said.

“By providing us with information and contact details, the club can also get information and offers back to the supporters because we have a lot going on off the field in the coming months and we are hoping they will want to work with us on this initiative.”

Supporters can download the questionnaire and e-mail it back to Dave Riche (dave.riche@wokingfc.co.uk) at the club office and there will also be forms at the fans' forum and on match days to fill in.

Just to reassure supporters when we ask for work details, it is to see if they can help us open some doors with their particular business or employment and is a form of networking which we are keen to implement.
