With just two minutes gone a free-kick from wide right taken by Charlie Turnbull was turned into the net by Ollie Palmer (pictured) and it looked like a landslide was on the cards.

T&M, however, had other ideas and despite Charlie Turnbull going close a couple of times, including a fabulous strike that cannoned off the crossbar in the 33rd minute, the game turned out to be a close fought battle that gave the Woking youngsters a good work-out for their first game in the Suburban Premier Division.

Very solid performances from Will Viner in goal, plus Charlie Turnbull and Sean Bradley, but the 'man of the match' award goes to Gavin Miller for an outstanding performance in central defence.
