Woking v Farnham Town
Surrey Senior Cup 3rd Round
7.45pm on Tuesday 5 February 2013

Following Woking’s excellent win at Kingfield on Saturday, the Cards take on Farnham Town tomorrow evening in the Third Round of the Surrey Senior Cup. The fixture was initially moved from Farnham to Kingfield because of the state of their pitch – Kingfield is hardly at its best at the moment but this did not detract too much from Saturday’s performance and will be playable for this rearranged fixture. Reduced admission prices apply, with U16s admitted free of charge.

WOKING

The Cards, holders of the trophy, have reached this stage with a 5-2 away win over Merstham. The winners of Tuesday’s tie will be away to Dorking Wanderers or Godalming Town. Garry Hill may wish to give some of his fringe players a little game time so expect to see a debut for Elvijs Putnin in goal and George Frith and Josh Griffiths get starts.

FARNHAM TOWN

Farnham Town, managed by Paul Tanner, lie 15th in the Combined Counties Premier League with 26 points from 19 games following their first win of 2013 on Saturday away at Wembley. They have several matches in hand on most of the clubs above them and have won eight games, drawn two and lost nine. They’ve scored 26 goals and conceded 35. Midfielder Craig Smith is top scorer with nine goals, followed by striker Matthew Bunyan with five.

Farnham beat Redhill 2-1 at home in the last round.
