BTSport has made the following announcement in respect of Vanarama National League fixtures selected for screening:
Monday 31 August @ 17.30hrs kick off, BT Sport 1 Cheltenham Town v Wrexham Wrexham make the trip South to take on Cheltenham at the World of Smile stadium in this Bank Holiday Monday fixture live on BT Sport. This will be a real test for the Welsh side against a team that was relegated last season but are amongst the favourites for an immediate return the Football League.
Saturday 5 September @ 12.30hrs kick off, BT Sport 1 Welling United v Tranmere Rovers BT Sport is live at Park View Road as Welling United host pre-season title favourites Tranmere Rovers. Rovers' 94 year stay in the Football League come to end in May but with a squad full of League experience many are predicting a strong season under new manager Gary Brabin. For Welling United, player-manager Loui Fazakerley goes into his first full season in charge having taken over in March and led The Wings to safety having spent most of the season in the relegation zone. Can Tranmere prove their title credentials or will Welling be able to pull off an upset?
