Woking Football Club is delighted to announce that Fabio Saraiva has signed a new contract with the club.

Fabio, 23, joined the Cards last summer from Merstham, a club he originally started at aged 16 before leaving to join Maidstone United for the 2013/14 season. He was loaned back to Merstham in January 2014, signing permanently for them again later that year. In his first season with Woking he made 51 appearances for the first team, scoring 15 goals.

Anthony Limbrick on signing Fabio: “We are really pleased to re-sign Fabio, he is a very talented player and with his technical ability has good potential for the forthcoming season. He scored some fantastic goals last season and we want him to add to that next season.

Fabio on the extra training sessions: “That’s something I was really keen on because as a player stepping up two levels you need to improve as much as you can, I’ve always been a player that wants to improve, and obviously with the extra training sessions and extra individual sessions that’s going to benefit me a lot which I think will help the team a lot as well.

We’ll shortly have an interview with Fabio, visit either our Facebook page or Twitter at 3.30pm!
