Woking Football Club is aware of the issues fans have encountered this morning in trying to purchase Gold & Silver Memberships.
Some fans who are season ticket holders were incorrectly told by the system that they were unable to purchase memberships, that problem has now been fixed.
During the process a small number have been incorrectly charged the full amount, they will be contacted to arrange a refund.
When adding the details to the Gold & Silver Memberships please note that the Account Number that needs to be added is your season ticket number, which may differ from your original Kaizen account number. If you are unable to find your season ticket number please contact us at
tickets@wokingfc.co.uk and we will try and assist you.
We apologise for the issues fans have had, and we appreciate the hard work our partners at Kaizen have done to resolve the issues for the club and our supporters. We hope that anyone who was unable to purchase memberships earlier is now able to do so.
