Woking FC are delighted to announce the signing of forward Luke Medley on a six month's loan from Barnet, and the signing of defender Tommy Hutchinson on a twelve month contract.

Tommy, who needs no introduction to the fans, says that he's looking forward to playing alongside Jon Boardman. Luke Medley is aged 20, and was signed by Barnet from Bradford City in 2008. He made 5 appearances for the Bees last season, scoring once, and had a loan spell at Havant and Waterlooville.

I also managed to speak to manager Graham Baker about the signing of Luke. He said that he'd seen him play last season whilst on loan at Havant and Waterlooville, and had also heard good things about him. He has been looking for someone who can play out wide as well an out-and-out forward, and he feels that Luke has the ability to perform either role. His versatility therefore appealed to Graham. He's looking forward to seeing him at training on Monday.
