A reminder that we’re holding a meeting at 7.30pm this Thursday evening in the Legends Bar to discuss ideas re next season’s matchday programme. See the earlier message (attached below for convenience) which provides all the details.
Please come along if you’ve got any ideas about the content or design or would be willing to help out in any way.
The Club is very pleased to announce that Martin Townshend has agreed to succeed Brian Caffarey as Editor of our highly-regarded matchday programme next season. Martin will be assisted by Brian and by Peter Holdsworth but they need your help! In particular, they’d like to hear your ideas about what you think should be in the programme next season and any suggestions about its design and the way it’s marketed. Of course, they’d especially welcome offers to contribute pieces, even if only on a very occasional basis.
Martin and his colleagues have arranged a meeting at 7.30pm on Thursday 27 May in the Legends Bar to hear fans’ ideas. Please come along if you can to join in the discussion.
The matchday programme is produced almost entirely by fans and is an important element of the Club’s communications. It also contributes to the playing budget through sales and advertising. So, helping with the matchday programme is a tangible way of showing your support for the Club.
If you cannot come to the meeting but would like to offer ideas or contributions to the matchday programme, please get in touch with Martin Townshend on firstname.lastname@example.org
