A gentle reminder to Woking Supporters and advice to our visitors from Brighton.
There are currently major road and flood prevention works being undertaken in close proximity to Kingfield Stadium and whilst the position may change, Westfield Avenue is currently closed at the junction with Kingfield Road A247. Additionally where this major road crosses the Hoe Stream, there is a traffic light controlled flow of vehicles. This can result in lengthy delays.
There is no parking provision at Kingfield Stadium except for those holding relevant passes for assigned spaces.
On street parking in the vicinity of Kingfield Stadium is severely restricted and subject to stringent controls especially in the area between the Town Centre and Kingfield Stadium.
Those arriving by car are therefore urged to follow the signs on all major roads approaching the town which indicate the use of Heathside Crescent Public Car Park. The location of which is to the south of the railway station and town centre and from where it is an approximate 10/15 minute walk to Kingfield Stadium.
Exiting the car park onto Heathside Crescent, turn left and pass the Magistrates Court and then the Police Station both on the left hand side. Continue to join Guildford Road A320 until there is a sharp bend to the right and at that point take Claremont Avenue A247 which will bring you to Kingfield Road with the stadium in view. From the Police Station it is some 700 metres to Clarement Avenue and then a further 300 metres to Kingfield Road.
