Last Friday the Community team held their fourth Girls Tournament. Sixteen teams took part representing 10 schools. Great football was played by all teams.
The Year 4 Tournament was run on a league basis with St Hugh of Lincoln topping the group with 11 points closely followed by Pyrford Junior with 9.
The Year 5/6 Tournament was run on a league basis with the top two from each division progressing to the semi finals.
Semi Final one saw Horsell Junior take on Pirbright Junior, with the scores level at full time extra time was played. We then had an exciting penalty shoot out, which saw Horsell Junior emerge as victors.
Semi final two saw St Bedes Junior take on St Hugh of Lincoln, in an exciting and tense game St Bedes emerged the winners.
The final between St Bedes Junior and Horsell Junior was a great game with St Bedes Junior winning 4-0.
