The Bucket collection on Boxing Day raised £402 for the Cards Trust which will all be allocated to the Boost the Budget scheme. Thank you for your contributions – everything donated to ‘Boost the Budget‘ is used to buy club shares and is added directly to the playing budget; this season the Trust is donating a minimum of £30,000.
We also made the December ‘Boost the Budget' draw and the winner of a bottle of vintage Champagne was Peter Jordan. Peter is well known to Woking fans in many capacities – particularly as a Club Director and as a major sponsor of the club for many years through Calor Gas Guildford. PJ has also supported ‘Boost the Budget’ since it began. Happy New Year, Peter and thanks for all you do for Woking FC!
