There was never going to be any doubt as to who was going to win this one! Congratulations to Giuseppe Sole on winning the Goal of the Month competition yet again, with possibly the best free kick of his career so far, away to FC Halifax Town live on BT Sport. Over 99% of the voters chose Gez's goal as their first choice, and this makes it three in a row for the striker, all from free kicks.
Dean Morgan's strike from outside the box at Grimsby Town came 2nd, with 14% of the overall votes. Adam Newton just edged out John Goddard for the 3rd place position, with the 2nd of his two goals at FC Halifax Town.
