Woking Football Club would like to say a massive thank you to Colin Galliford, our groundsman, for the fantastic work he’s doing in getting the pitch at The Laithwaite Community Stadium ready for the 2017/18 season.
Last month the top of the pitch was taken off and new grass seed put down. It has been just over two weeks since this happened but because of the warm weather and the rain Colin is already cutting the grass every other day!
The first pre-season friendly takes place on Saturday 8th July, with Premier League Watford the visitors, make sure you come down to watch Anthony Limbrick’s first match in charge of the Cards!
