Woking Football Club can confirm seven pre-season friendlies have been scheduled.
Badshot Lea vs. Woking | Tuesday 9th July, 7:45pm
The Cards will start pre-season with a trip to Farnham to face Badshot Lea. The Baggies will be opening their new ground and have invited The Cards to face off in what's bound to be a great event.
Woking vs. Oxford United | Saturday 13th July, k/o TBC
Following on from good relations between the two clubs, seeing Harvey Bradbury and Armani Little join The Cards on loan deals last season, Woking and Oxford United will face off in the first game at The Laithwaite Community Stadium of the 2019/20 season.
Woking vs. Wycombe Wanderers | Tuesday 16th July, 7:45pm
Just days after the visit of Oxford United, The Cards will host another League One side as Wycombe Wanderers are due to visit.
Salford City vs. Woking | Friday 19th July, 7:30pm
Woking will travel north for a pre-season double header, starting with Salford City. The Ammies won promotion to League Two last season and will provide a very tough test for the Cards. Joey Jones will face Woking for the first time since leaving the club in 2018.
Dunston UTS vs. Woking | Saturday 20th July, 3:00pm
Following the Salford match, the Cards will travel further north the following day to face Dowse’s local side Dunston UTS. Based in Gateshead, Dunstan will be opening their new ground. The staff and players will head back to North West Surrey on Sunday 21st.
Farnborough vs. Woking | Saturday 27th July, 3:00pm
Woking will face familiar foes Farnborough in the penultimate pre-season friendly.
Woking vs. Portsmouth | Tuesday 30th July, 7;45pm
The Cards will finish pre-season with the attractive proposition of hosting League One high-flyers, and CheckaTrade Trophy holders, Portsmouth. Jamal Lowe is set to face his former manager for the first time since leaving Dowse's Hampton & Richmond Borough team in 2017.
