Our Company Secretary for the past 5 years is looking to take on a new role for the Club in the near future, and as a result the Board are seeking a replacement.
The Board are interested in hearing from anyone preferably, but not essentially, with Company Secretarial or company governance/regulatory/legal document experience.
The role will include responsibility for,(among other things), maintaining the Company Share Register, attendance and Minute taking at all Board meetings (held in the evenings) and would continue to be on a voluntary basis.
