Sam Loxton, Woking Football Club's Commercial & Digital Media Director, has stepped down from the Board.
Sam became a director just over 18 months ago, taking on the responsibility for overseeing the commercial side, and the club would like to thank him for all the invaluable work and long hours he has put in during that time, and also for his sponsorship of the club through his companies, Lucas Rarities & Lockstone.
Alongside his role as commercial director, Sam took on the responsibility of Digital Media, where he worked closely with the streaming team, and also became the link between the club and Cardinals in the Community.
Chairman, Rosemary Johnson, said: "Sam has put in many hours of hard work during his time at the club, not least with the Get Behind The Shirt campaign, the innovative idea he came up with to have fans' names woven into the fabric of our shirts, which was a huge financial success for the club. I would like to thank Sam for all he has done, and he will always be welcome back at the club."
