Woking Football Club is excited to announce a Charity Celebrity Match, hosted at the Laithwaite Community Stadium.
In aid of Woking & Sam Beare Hospices, Cherry Trees, Halo Childrens’ Foundation and Emily Ash Trust, the event is set to take place on Sunday 25th July with a 3pm kick-off. It is kindly sponsored by Boz's Fruit & Veg.
All ticketing proceeds will go to the four charities, with collections and initiatives on the day. Sponsorship opportunities are soon to be released.
Tickets are priced at £10 for adults, £5 for Under 16s and concessions.

About the charities:
Woking & Sam Beare Hospice
Woking & Sam Beare Hospice is a charity that cares for Patients living in North West Surrey, who are at the end of their lives or who have progressive advanced illnesses that are life limiting.
Our care is delivered across the Community in Patients homes and in the Inpatient Unit and Wellbeing Centre at Goldsworth Park in Woking.
We also provide comfort and support to the families, carers and friends during and after their loved ones illness.
All our services are provided free of charge.
Cherry Trees
Cherry Trees children’s charity supports families with a child with complex disabilities and/or learning difficulties through the provision of short breaks and respite visits. When a child comes to Cherry Trees their family can rest assured they are well taken care of, thanks to the supervision of experienced and caring staff, healthy home cooked food and activities to join in with. Our breaks help families feel supported and able to cope with the ongoing daily care needs of their child and most critically prevent family break up. When Cherry Trees steps in for a few hours caring for a child after school, overnight or where possible with longer stays, parents and carers can find their own time back at home to have a break from caring too.
Halo Childrens Foundation
Halo work with children and families dealing with bereavement, through activities and support. They run a Kids Club at their new HALO Play Café.
The HALO play café is place to encourage families out of the home to access the support they need when someone sadly dies. An open soft play facility and café for anyone to use where all proceeds go towards our work, set up in The Chimes shopping centre, Uxbridge with the centre’s full support we utilise this space to support our community, so they do not grieve alone.
Emily Ash Trust
The Emily Ash Trust was started in 2002 when Emily was diagnosed with Leukaemia. Initially set up to raise awareness of the need for bone marrow donors, the trust has now evolved and today our primary aim is to support families who have a child, teenager or young adult with cancer. We are aware of the enormous strain put on all members of the family at this time, physically, emotionally, logistically and financially and we are here to help provide much needed support and a little light relief for the entire family.
The Emily Ash Trust is a small charity with a huge heart!
All staff work on a voluntary basis with all money raised going to support families in need.
