Woking Football Club is delighted to announce that Jack Roles has signed a new contract.
Jack has signed a new deal that runs through the end of the 2022/23 season.
The midfielder remains at the Cards having made ten National League appearances for the Club in 2022, scoring one goal, a stunner against Eastleigh in the final home match of the season.
The 23-year-old previously played for Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace at youth level.
He has also represented Cyprus at the international youth level, as well as Cambridge United, Burton Albion, and Stevenage on loan.
“Jack has really surprised me because I didn’t think he’d get to this point in terms of his compatibility with me,” explained manager Darren Sarll.
“He adapted quite quickly to the off-the-ball work that he needs to embrace and what we then saw was a heightened performance level which resulted in better performances and a better style of play for the team.”
“Jack was fundamental in trying to maintain a strategy to our attacking play,” said Sarll.
