Woking Football Club can confirm that Max Kretzschmar will be leaving the Club upon the expiration of his contract on 30th June.
The midfielder, 27, has decided to pursue other ventures after neither party was able to agree terms on a new contract. Max leaves the Club with the highest regard from the staff, his fellow players, and supporters
Kretzschmar first joined the Club in the summer of 2016. He was crucial as the Cards reached the Third Round of the Emirates FA Cup and won National League South promotion in 2018/19.
Max won the Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season awards in 2021/22.
Max will always be welcome back at the Laithwaite Community Stadium and all at Woking Football Club thank him for his contributions and commitment during his time at the Club.
