Matthew Winter
A former Cards academy player who later rejoined the club in a coaching capacity. He started working with the club's youngsters in 2014, coaching every age group between Under-9s and Under-23s, before being promoted to first-team goalkeeper coach in the summer of 2018, a role he now does alongside his academy duties.
