Disabled Supporters

Woking Football Club can announce the updated process by which new and existing supporters who qualify for reasonable adjustment can go about purchasing their ticket and claiming their free Carer’s ticket(s) should they require support.

This process is applicable to both Season Ticket and Matchday Ticket purchases.

Any new supporters who require reasonable adjustment based on individual needs and disabilities will need to submit a completed application form along with a digital copy of the appropriate supporting documentation to dilo@wokingfc.co.uk. Alternatively, you can provide this in person at the Ticket Office*. Applications will not be accepted on Matchday due to the demand of tasks required and must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to kick-off.

Accepted supporting documentation:
• Middle-rate or Higher Care component of DLA (Disability Living Allowance)
• PIP (personal independence payment) Standard or enhanced Daily Living Component
• Attendance Allowance (AA)
• Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
• War Pension

There may be instances or circumstances which an eligible supporter may not have the supporting documents yet but may still qualify for reasonable adjustment. In these ad hoc cases, please send a completed application form along with a digital copy of a written letter from a Social Services Professional, a Registered Doctor, or a Hospital Specialist to dilo@wokingfc.co.uk. Alternatively, you can provide this in person at the Ticket Office*. Applications will not be accepted on Matchday due to the demand of tasks required and must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to kick-off.

Once a completed application has been received and approved, the Club will be in contact about the next steps and issuing the required tickets.

Existing supporters who require reasonable adjustment and would like to confirm their online ticketing account is set up properly, please contact dilo@wokingfc.co.uk. If it has not been set up, we will ask you to send a completed application form along with a digital copy of the appropriate supporting documentation.
