Brian Caffarey - 30th July 2008

Just a reminder to all fans that this game this evening is

Kim has provided some details about who is expected to figure in the Woking
side tonight. He?s planning to play in the starting line-up but wasn?t sure if
he?d e fit enough to last 90 minutes! There will be starts too for Matt
Pattison, who has missed quite a lot of the pre-season, Liam Marum, Phil
Gilchrist, Matt Gray, Matt Ruby, Jerome Maledon, Nick Gindre and one or two
Academy players, possibly including Charlie Moon, with a few others on the bench.

Here is a bit of background about Woking and Maybury Sports Club:

& Maybury Sports Club (WMSC) was set up in September 2005, initially to
help provide organised sports for ALL young people in the Woking and Maybury
area. Following on from this we decided to involve people of all ages as there
were many people in the Maybury community who had never been involved in
competitive sports before.

sports currently being covered are football, cricket, swimming and martial arts
(under 11years). The club?s priority is to become a hub for the local youth and
to help build their characters and personalities with discipline and respect.
Our long-term aim is to build a clubhouse/pavilion in the Maybury area.

The under 17s football team played in the West Surrey Youth League last season.

Although the results were not great, everybody involved had a lot of fun. The
emphasis we tried to foster was to show respect and discipline throughout the
season. The team did this well and showed great commitment during the season to
each other and to the club.

The club
welcomes people from all walks of life, regardless of race, nationality, gender
and religion. We are always looking for players to join our teams as well as
volunteers, coaches etc to help take the club forward.
