The Reachfields Stadium is easily accessible from the M20.
Leave the M20 at Junction 11 (signposted Canterbury). Then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the B2068 (signposted Hastings, Hythe). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A20 Ashford Road. Enter Newingreen and turn left onto the A261 Hythe Road, continuing forwards onto the A2008 Scanlons Bridge Road. Turn right at the next set of lights into Dymchurch Road (A259). The ground is on the left after a few hundred yards. There is parking off Fort Road for early arrivals and there are no parking restrictions in the area. The journey should take just over an hour and a half according to the AA.
The nearest station is Standling, which can be reached from Charing Cross and London Bridge. Trains leave Charing Cross at 10.48 and 11.48 (and 5 minutes later from London Bridge) and take an hour and 20 minutes. Trains back are at 17.39 and 18.39. The ground is about a 30 minute walk from the station and involves a steep climb on the way back. A taxi ride from the station is only 5 minutes and can be ordered on 01303 252000.
It’s also possible to go via Folkestone Central but the journey is longer.
Other details will be given in a preview to be posted later this week.
