Woking Weekender Launched

Join us at the Laithwaite Community Stadium, home of Woking Football Club, for the May Bank Holiday Weekend as we host our first Woking Weekender, an epic three-day celebration of sport, community, music, food, drink and much more!

Weekend passes are only £25.00 for adults and £20.00 for children, providing access to the entire weekend! Day-tickets are £12.00 for adults, and £8.00 for children, and now on sale for specific days.

Friday 3rd May – Legends Match
Gates open 17:30, kick-off 19:00

A Woking Legends and Invitational match will kick-off the Woking Weekender!

Fans will have the chance to buy in to a team, lining up with legends of the Club and Celebrities. For information of how to buy into a team and fees, please email weekender@wokingfc.co.uk

We are delighted to confirm the first set of legends to play: Joe McNerney, Ben Gerring, Paul Hodges, Matt Jarvis, Max Kretzschmar, Giuseppe Sole, Ian Selley, Kevin Betsy, Lloyd Wye and Mark Ricketts.

Second set announced! – Adam Newton, John Nutter, Michael Doyle, Ben Turner, Martin Tyler, Kevan Brown, Aidan Kilner, Gary Macdonald, and Dale Binns.

Saturday 4th May – Cardinal Gold Cup & Esquire’s 90’s House Party

Join us for the return of the Cardinal Gold Cup on day two of the Woking Weekender!

There are just three team spots remaining!

A 16-team, six-a-side community tournament taking place on the pitch.

There will be some unbelievable prizes on offer with the winning teams receiving a 2024/25 Season Ticket, and no one will go home empty handed. Bring the family down to cheer you on!

Each team will play at least eight matches in a group stage and knockout tournament. Enter yours for just £200 by emailing weekender@wokingfc.co.uk. Entry fee covers a squad of ten and also gets access to Esquire’s 90’s House Party after!

In tandem with the Cardinal Gold Cup, there will be a Community Music Day in the Cardinals Bar, with food and drink in the Fan Zone available all day. Email: simon.jones@wokingfc.co.uk to be involved!

Once the day’s activities have wound down, head to the Cardinals Bar for Esquire’s 90’s House Party, from 19:30 until late!

Sunday 5th May – End of Season Party
Gates open from 12:00 until late

After the success of the last two End of Season Parties, we will be wrapping up the Woking Weekender in style as we again go even bigger and better this year!

Head down as we take over the pitch, with more giant inflatables, toddler town, local market stalls, football tournaments, and music and food galore! This year, we are delighted to have Noasis headlining on the pitch main stage, with a fantastic supporting line-up playing some great music ALL DAY!

We are delighted to confirm the line-up for the day on the mainstage!

• Doubting Thomas - 15:30pm
• Brone N Bones - 14:30pm
• Ayla Wells - 12:30pm

DJ Rich of Scooted & Booted will be on from 22:00-23:30pm to see the night out.

We will also be hosting our End of Season Player Awards, with the Men’s, Women’s, and Academy teams all in attendance, with members of the management team being involved throughout the day.

We are delighted to announce we have 3 incredible charitable partners for our inaugural “Woking Weekender”, of which we are seeking voluntary donations on ticket purchases – halow, Woking Sam & Beare Hospice and The Surrey Wildlife Trust. 94% of all donated proceeds will be split equally between the three charities!
