Woking Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Jacob Jones.
The 22-year-old left wing-back joins from Scottish League One side Cove Rangers.
A Swansea City academy product, Jones joined Forest Green Rovers in July 2022, linking up with Michael Doyle, who was Assistant Manager at the club. He was loaned to Bath City and King’s Lynn Town after making two appearances at Forest Green, before departing in summer 2023 to join Cove.
Jones made 26 appearances for Cove last season, and the former Wales U20 international joins the Cards looking to make his mark in English football.
“I’m really excited to bring JJ to Woking,” said Woking Manager Michael Doyle. “I’ve worked with him before at Forest Green. He’s young, hungry and full of energy. He will add a lot to the squad.”
